La demande faite par un créancier et tendant à sa désignation en sa qualité de contrôleur dans le cadre d'une procédure de liquidation des biens ne peut être admise dès lors que, selon le juge commissaire, la transparence et la célérité entourant ladite liquidation suffisent à préserver les intérêts de tous les créanciers et que la nomination d'un contrôleur tout en étant superflue pourrait également alourdir et entraver la célérité des opérations de liquidation en cours.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
