La juridiction qui statue en audience non publique doit se prononcer dans le mois de sa saisine. Mais compte tenu du caractère conventionnel du concordat, les créanciers dans leur ensemble, ont la faculté de proroger le délai de la saisine de la juridiction au-delà du délai légal.
Dans l'ensemble, les délais prévus par l'article 15 de l'Acte uniforme sur les procédures collectives doivent être considérés comme des délais indicatifs, non sanctionnés de nullité, auxquels les parties peuvent déroger expressément ou implicitement.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
