Il ressort de cette décision que dès qu'une autorisation judiciaire d'inscription d'hypothèque provisoire a été délivrée par la juridiction compétente en l'espèce, celle du lieu de situation des immeubles, et que le créancier bénéficiaire a procédé à l'accomplissement de la formalité d'inscription au service de la conservation foncière, l'action en validité de l'hypothèque doit être admise et l'inscription hypothécaire prise doit être déclarée bonne et valable.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
