Special Meeting OHADA's Committee of Experts: Review of Draft Instruments Relating to the Regulatory Framework for the Functioning of Institutions on the Agenda

This special session is devoted to the examination of four draft instruments: the draft model headquarters agreement for OHADA institutions, the draft regulation on the powers, functioning and organisation of the OHADA Council of Ministers, the draft instrument on the functioning of the Conference of Heads of State and Government, and the draft regulation governing the composition, powers and functioning of the OHADA National Commissions.

The Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), with technical support from the OHADA National Commission of Senegal and in partnership with Jilmonde Consulting Senegal and SIR-Africa, is organising a bimodal morning training session on 25 July 2025 in Dakar on the following theme: “Practice of IFRS Standards in the OHADA Area”.

Le Cercle OHADA Congo (C.O.C) ex Cercle de Réflexion des Juristes en Herbes (CRJH), a organisé le samedi 21 juin 2025, la finale-retour de la 8e édition du Concours National d'Excellence en droit OHADA, dans la grande salle de la Commission Nationale OHADA sise au Palais de Justice de Brazzaville, en prélude de la 16e édition du Concours International Génies en Herbes OHADA (CIGHO).

Le nouvel ouvrage OHADA : Les créanciers chirographaires en procédure collective en droit OHADA, disponible en librairie

Cet ouvrage met en lumière les déséquilibres structurels qui les défavorisent lors de la liquidation ou du redressement d'une entreprise en difficulté. À travers une analyse des Actes uniformes régissant ces procédures, l'auteur illustre les limites du cadre juridique actuel et les risques de non-recouvrement auxquels ces créanciers sont exposés.

Formation sur l'arbitrage et la médiation OHADA, le 27 juin 2025 à Uvira, Sud Kivu (RDC)

Le Syndic du corps des défenseurs judiciaires d'Uvira, en collaboration avec le Cabinet Bruno BUANGA et associés, avait prévu d'organiser le 17 mai 2025 à Uvira en RDC, un séminaire de formation sur l'arbitrage et la médiation OHADA : fondement, différence, avantages et perspectives. Mais, suite à des difficultés d'ordres logistiques, ledit séminaire a été reporté au vendredi 27 juin 2025 de 08h00 à 11h00 et aura lieu dans les enceintes de l'Université Notre Dame de Tanganyika.
