Un jugement rendu à l'audience éventuelle ne peut pas servir de fondement pour les poursuites puisque cette audience statue sur le sort de la procédure de vente et il est de bon droit que le tribunal ordonne le sursis à la vente jusqu'à ce que la Cour d'Appel statue sur l'appel pour éviter le préjudice qu'entraînerait la cession de l'immeuble en cas d'infirmation.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
