Les modifications à apporter à l'exécution du concordat préventif ne peuvent se faire qu'à la demande du débiteur et sur rapport du syndic.
Dès lors, doit être annulée l'ordonnance de prorogation du concordat rendue sans que le juge ait pris connaissance du rapport du syndic.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
