L'article 11 AUVE dispose que l'opposant à une ordonnance d'injonction de payer doit signifier son recours à toutes les parties. Aux termes des articles 83 et suivants du code (burkinabé) de procédure civile, les significations des actes doivent se faire à personne, à domicile, à mairie ou à parquet ; il s'ensuit que la signification de l'opposition faite au Cabinet de l'avocat du requérant entraîne, pour l'opposant, la déchéance de son droit d'opposition.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
