Working Lunch between IMD and the OHADA Permanent Secretary

The Permanent Secretary of OHADA, Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, had a working lunch on 17 May 2025 with Prof. Ndeye Coumba Madeleine NDIAYE, Director of the Institute of Legal Professions of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (IMD), accompanied by her team, comprising Professors Ndeye Sophie DIAGNE, Dean of Studies, and Fatoumata Bintou DIA BIAYE, Coordinator of competitive entrance examination preparation sessions, and Mr Adama NDIAYE, Head of the Faculty's IT Department.

First validation workshop of the ad hoc Committee on the restructuring of the regulatory framework for the operation of OHADA institutions: deliberations officially launched

On Tuesday 20 May 2025, Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, launched the deliberations of the first validation workshop of the ad hoc Committee on the restructuring of the regulatory framework for the functioning of OHADA.

L'Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA) a obtenu un financement de l'Agence Française de Développement dans le cadre du Projet 1677 03 L. Il est prévu qu'une partie des ressources accordées dans le cadre de ce financement, sera utilisée pour effectuer des paiements au titre de l'acquisition des fournitures pour le compte du Centre d'Arbitrage de l'OHADA.
