Pourvoi En Cassation - Irrecevabilité Du Pourvoi Incomplet Non Régularisé Dans Le Délai Imparti
Est irrecevable, le pourvoi incomplet qui n'a pas été régularisé dans le délai imparti par le greffe aux Conseils du requérant, dès lors que le défaut de diligence du demandeur met la Cour dans l'impossibilité de statuer sur son recours, étant précisé qu'en cas de cassation et d'évocation de l'affaire, la Cour serait amenée à procéder à l'examen des pièces réclamées, qui apparaissent ainsi indispensables au jugement du pourvoi.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
