Le pourvoi en cassation non accompagné d'une demande de sursis à exécution ne peut induire le caractère suspensif de cet acte. Par conséquent, le débiteur ne saurait se fonder sur ce pourvoi pour demander à la juridiction compétente d'ordonner la mainlevée de la saisie-attribution des créances pratiquée par le créancier.
Il ne peut être procédé à la mainlevée d'une saisie- attribution de créances dès lors qu'aucun grief n'est relevé c/ le contenu et la forme de l'acte de saisie et de dénonciation de la mainlevée.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations.
