Est nul l'exploit de sommation de prendre connaissance du cahier des charges qui n'a été signifié au débiteur saisi, ni en personne, ni à son domicile, mais au siège de la société dont il est la caution hypothécaire.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations.
