Droit Commercial Général - Bail Commercial - Non Respect Des Conditions Du Bail - Non Paiement Des Loyers - Résiliation De Plein Droit Du Bail - Expulsion Du Locataire

Aux termes de l'article 101 de l'Acte Uniforme OHADA sur le Droit Commercial Général, le non paiement des loyers et le non respect des clauses et conditions de bail par le locataire commerçant entraîne résiliation de plein droit du contrat de bail et l'expulsion du locataire qui est par ailleurs condamné à payer les loyers échus.
