En s'abstenant volontairement de procéder au paiement sur présentation du certificat de non contestation attestant qu'aucune contestation n'a été formée relativement à la dénonciation de saisie attribution de créances, les requis ont violé les dispositions de l'article 83 AUPSRVE ; il y a lieu, conformément aux dispositions de l'article 168 du même acte uniforme de les condamner solidairement et conjointement au paiement de la somme objet de la saisie.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
