Le défendeur a une injonction de délivrer un véhicule, intentée par le demandeur, ne peut fonder son droit de propriété, pour résister à cette demande, sur une transaction emportant cession d'un véhicule faite devant la gendarmerie, les conditions de cette transaction étant suspectes et le véhicule appartenant à la société dont le signataire de la transaction est gérant sans pouvoir de disposer de ce bien social.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
