Les décisions judiciaires rendues en matière de saisie immobilière peuvent être frappées d'appel dans les conditions de droit commun et il appartient à la Cour d'Appel de statuer sur la recevabilité et le bien fondé de l'appel et non le tribunal de Céans qui ne pouvant se substituer à elle, pour une bonne administration de la justice et afin d'éviter une contrariété de décision, doit surseoir à la vente jusqu'à l'intervention d'un arrêt de la Cour d'Appel.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
