Le compte courant d'associé est un prêt s'il ne comporte pas de remises réciproques et a un régime juridique différent de celui du compte courant bancaire. Au terme prévu, en cas de non-paiement, le recouvrement de la créance peut être entrepris suivant la procédure simplifiée de l'injonction d e payer même en l'absence d'arrêté contradictoire de compte.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
The Faculty of Law and Economics of Mohamed V University in Rabat has been hosting since this morning an international conference on “OHADA Law: Challenges and Perspectives”.
The Permanent Secretary of OHADA, Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, paid a courtesy visit on Wednesday 16 April 2025 to Her Excellency Ms. Jeannette Marcelle GOTCHANGA, Ambassador of the Central African Republic to Cameroon.
