L'article 336 de l'Acte uniforme sur les voies d'exécution, qui n'a une portée abrogatoire que relativement aux matières qu'il concerne, ne traite pas de la question du pourvoi, de sorte que l'article 214 du code de procédure civile, qui prévoit la suspension provisoire d'un arrêt en cas de pourvoi reste applicable.
La suspension de l'exécution de l'arrêt n'a pas d'effet sur la validité des actes d'exécution déjà accomplis.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
The Faculty of Law and Economics of Mohamed V University in Rabat has been hosting since this morning an international conference on “OHADA Law: Challenges and Perspectives”.
