L'article 8 AUPSRVE, s'il ne prévoit pas la TPS (taxe de prestation de service) dans la liste des frais dont le montant doit être indiqué dans l'acte de signification, n'interdit pas, pour autant, la mention d'autres frais. Il s'ensuit que l'acte de signification de l'ordonnance d'injonction de payer contenant mention de la TPS n'est pas nulle.
A défaut de justifier sa contestation de la somme qu'il lui a été enjoint de payer par ordonnance, alors que le créancier fournit le détail de sa créance, il y a lieu de confirmer ladite ordonnance.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
