Bimodal training session on the theme: “Practice of ccja arbitration and ohada mediation” Abidjan, from April 15 to 19, 2024

The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA), in partnership with the Arbitration Centre of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), is organizing a bimodal training session from April 15 to 19, 2024. This session will be held simultaneously on-site at the CCJA headquarters in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) and by videoconference on the theme: “Practice of CCJA Arbitration and OHADA Mediation”. CCJA Arbitration practice will be discussed in the light of its new Rules of Procedure on Arbitration.

Bimodal training session on “Innovations under the new Uniform Act to organize simplified recovery procedures and measures of execution (AUPSRVE)”

The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) is organising its first training session for the year 2024 from 5 to 9 February 2024, in partnership National Judicial Training Centres of State Parties. This session will be held simultaneously on-site at the ERSUMA Headquarters in Porto-Novo (Benin) and by videoconference in the conference rooms of Judicial Training Centres.

Kinshasa, 25 janvier 2023 / La présidence de la République Démocratique du Congo à pied d'œuvre pour faire de 2023 une année décisive pour l'OHADA à l'occasion de ses trente ans d'existence

Une première rencontre s'est tenue à Kinshasa le 25 janvier 2023 entre Rose Mutombo Kiese, ministre d'Etat, ministre en charge de la justice et garde des sceaux et les représentants des institutions et ministères concernés pour la mise en place d'un comité devant accompagner la mandature du chef de l'Etat à la tête de l'OHADA en cette année 2023.
