Working Lunch between IMD and the OHADA Permanent Secretary

The Permanent Secretary of OHADA, Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, had a working lunch on 17 May 2025 with Prof. Ndeye Coumba Madeleine NDIAYE, Director of the Institute of Legal Professions of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (IMD), accompanied by her team, comprising Professors Ndeye Sophie DIAGNE, Dean of Studies, and Fatoumata Bintou DIA BIAYE, Coordinator of competitive entrance examination preparation sessions, and Mr Adama NDIAYE, Head of the Faculty's IT Department.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
