Dès lors que la certitude d'une créance ayant fondé une procédure d'injonction de payer résulte de bordereaux de livraisons de matériaux au débiteur dont les factures n'ont jamais été réglées, doit être rejeté l'appel formé contre un jugement qui a condamné le débiteur au paiement de ladite créance.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
