Lorsque le litige survient dans le domaine du droit maritime, notamment au cours d'un transport par mer du sel iodé par un navire, la CCJA est incompétente pour en connaître, l'Acte uniforme relatif au contrat de transport de marchandises ne lui permettant pas d'examiner ce litige.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
