Les pourvois en cassation portés devant la Cour de céans sur renvoi d’une juridiction nationale statuant en cassation étant instruits conformément aux dispositions des articles 23 à 50 de son Règlement de Procédure, en application des dispositions ci-dessus, le requérant disposait, pour présenter son recours au greffe, d’un délai de deux mois ayant pour point de départ, le 05 août 2002. Son recours ayant été présenté au greffe le 09 janvier 2003, soit plus de cinq mois après la signification de l’arrêt attaqué, il suit qu’il doit être déclaré irrecevable pour avoir été formé hors délai.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
