Just a few days after the passing of Ms. Fatou SECK DIALLO, President of UNIDA, the OHADA community is once again struck by grief with the death of Ms. YOUSSOUF NADHUIMA, former President of the OHADA National Commission of the Union of the Comoros.

Ms. YOUSSOUF NADHUIMA was a woman of exceptional commitment and action, while also embodying warmth, generosity, and attentiveness towards her peers within the OHADA Committee of Experts. During her presidency, which ended only a few months ago, the OHADA National Commission of the Union of the Comoros experienced renewed momentum, marked by strengthened activities, greater dissemination of OHADA law, and increased engagement of the Comoros in the work of the Organisation's institutions.

Her passing is an immeasurable loss for our common Organisation, for the Union of the Comoros, and for the wider OHADA community. On behalf of all OHADA institutions and bodies, and in my personal capacity, I extend my heartfelt condolences to her family, to her professional colleagues, and to the OHADA National Commission of the Union of the Comoros.

May the soul of Ms. YOUSSOUF NADHUIMA rest in eternal peace. May future generations draw inspiration from her dedication, her passion for serving Africa, and the noble values she upheld throughout her life.
