This special session is devoted to the examination of four draft instruments: the draft model headquarters agreement for OHADA institutions, the draft regulation on the powers, functioning and organisation of the OHADA Council of Ministers, the draft instrument on the functioning of the Conference of Heads of State and Government, and the draft regulation governing the composition, powers and functioning of the OHADA National Commissions.

Le mercredi 24 février 2024 a eu lieu une cérémonie de remise de Codes OHADA au Club OHADA de l'Université de Kara composé de 20 Codes verts et 20 Codes bleus OHADA de la part de l'Association pour l'Unification du Droit en Afrique (UNIDA/www.ohada.com). Cette cérémonie de réception officielle a eu lieu à l'Université de Kara, dans l'espace Amercan Corner du Campus Sud de ladite Université.
La grande salle d'audience de la Cour Commune de Justice et d'Arbitrage (CCJA) de l'OHADA a accueilli le samedi 24 février dernier la cérémonie solennelle de lancement de la 15e édition du Concours International « Génies en Herbe OHADA » (GHO).
Initialement prévue pour se tenir du 18 au 23 mars prochain, la Semaine OHADA se tiendra finalement du 06 au 11 mai 2024 à Abidjan.
