On Tuesday 20 May 2025, Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, launched the deliberations of the first validation workshop of the ad hoc Committee on the restructuring of the regulatory framework for the functioning of OHADA.
Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, OHADA Permanent Secretary, was received in audience on Friday 9 May 2025 by H.E. Mr Youssouf TOM, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals in charge of Human Rights of the Republic of Chad, President in office of the OHADA Council of Ministers.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA). The two delegations, led respectively by Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, and Mr Badanam PATOKI, Chairman of AMF-UMOA, discussed three major topics pertaining to reporting challenges.
