Seminar on Business Law at the University of Buea, Discussions on OHADA Law Take Centre Stage

This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.

L'OHADA a organisé, à son siège à Yaoundé et par visioconférence, le mardi 18 mars 2025, de 09h00 à 13h (GMT), une conférence internationale sur le thème ci-après : « La place de la femme dans la mise en œuvre du droit des affaires ». Cette conférence visait à présenter et analyser la place de la femme dans la mise en œuvre du droit issu de l'OHADA ainsi que des autres branches du droit des affaires.

After the welcome address by Ms. Hélène SARR, Executive Secretary of the OHADA National Commission of Senegal, and the special address of Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, the opening ceremony ended with the opening speech by His Excellency Mr. Ousmane DIAGNE, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals of the Republic of Senegal, President in office of the OHADA Council of Ministers.
