We have the honour to inform you that the publisher, Presses Universitaire d'Afrique, has just published a new textbook on OHADA titled: LA SAISIE ATTRIBUTION DES CREANCES OHADA. This is a second publication of the collection "VADE MECUM". This collection is offering an explicit and practicable study on discrete areas of the OHADA Law. The authors of this textbook are Professor Paul Gérard POUGOUE, Deputy Vice-Chancellor in charge of Teaching at the University of Yaoundé II (Soa) and Mr. Fidèle TEPPI KOLLOKO, Barrister, Member of the Cameroonian Bar Association, and a member of the editorial board of "Juridis Periodique". Taking into account case law, scholarly commentary and jurisprudence, the authors discuss the garnishment, its implementation and attendant procedures, and review the types of litigation that arises during the execution of judgement.
