The 28th ordinary session of the Board of Directors of the Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) took place on Thursday, 19 June 2025, in Bujumbura (Burundi) in person and via videoconference. The session was chaired by Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA and President of the Board.
This special session is devoted to the examination of four draft instruments: the draft model headquarters agreement for OHADA institutions, the draft regulation on the powers, functioning and organisation of the OHADA Council of Ministers, the draft instrument on the functioning of the Conference of Heads of State and Government, and the draft regulation governing the composition, powers and functioning of the OHADA National Commissions.
Dans le prolongement de la Journée du droit dédiée au droit des affaires au Burundi du 03 octobre 2023, le représentant de l'UNIDA/www.ohada.com, Stéphane MORTIER, a été reçu par la Présidente du Tribunal de commerce de Bujumbura, Liliane Eugénie NICIMPAYE.
Le Club OHADA du Burundi (Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du Droits des Affaires), avec l'appui de l'ambassade de France au Burundi, a organisé dans la soirée du 3 octobre 2023, une conférence-débat sur le thème « Droit des affaires au Burundi : enjeux et perspectives ».
Dans le cadre de la célébration dans le monde de la Journée du Droit durant la semaine du 2 au 6 octobre 2023, le Club OHADA du Burundi, avec l'appui de l'ambassade de France, organise une conférence-débat au Burundi le 3 octobre 2023 à partir de 16 h à l'Institut Français du Burundi, en vue d'échanger sur la thématique « Droit des affaires au Burundi : Enjeux et Perspectives ».
