The Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), the Arbitration Centre of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) are organising an international conference on Friday 16 May 2025 by videoconference (with simultaneous translation into English and French) on the theme: “Exploring the harmonization of arbitration and ADR practices across common and civil law systems in Africa”.
