After Bamako in 2024, the city of Paris (France) will host the 2nd edition of OHADA Young Employers' Day on Monday 28 April 2025. Co-organised by the OHADA Permanent Secretariat and the Young Employers' Organisation (OJEP), the theme of this event is: “How to invest safely in Africa thanks to OHADA instruments in sectors with high growth potential”.

The legislative and regulatory framework for the development of businesses, access to finance, the role of taxation and the advantages of alternative dispute resolution feature among the topics to be discussed. Deliberations will unfold in the presence of Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA.
