OHADA seminars and handing-over of OHADA publications at the University of Trieste (Italy)

We are pleased to inform you that some training seminars related to the OHADA law took place at the University of Trieste (Italy) from the 18th to 27th May 2009 by Prof. Salvatore MANCUSO, President of Club OHADA China-Macao and Representative of UNIDA in Asia in collaboration with Prof. Mauro BUSSANI, chair of Comparative Law in the same University. These seminars have been followed by the handing-over of OHADA materials to the University library, which includes textbooks, codes and commentaries. These materials dedicated to students and lawyers are intended to improve their knowledge on OHADA as well as offer them with doctrinal comments, analysis and references on OHADA which will definitely increase the awareness of the African business law in Italy. These events launch the promotion and dissemination of the OHADA law in Italy. In addition, a textbook on OHADA in Italian will soon be published.
