t is with pleasure that we announce the publication of "Pratique des Baux Commerciaux dans l'Espace OHADA", (Practical Aspects of Commercial Leases in OHADA Territory) The author of this book is Mr. Jean GATSI, Ph.D. in Law , Senior Law Lecturers at the Faculty of Juridical and Political Sciences, the University of Douala, Cameroon. This work guides the parties and their lawyers on the intricacies of the new OHADA common regulations pertaining to commercial leases. The author conducts a thorough analysis of the relatively new OHADA community law, its underlying principles and the available case law and scholarly interpretation. Dr GATSI places a special emphasis on the practical aspects and provides specific advice. This new OHADA textbook comprises fifty forms of agreements to be used as models.
