Workshop for the validation of the new TPPRR forms and the harmonization of the lists of sectors of activity within OHADA zone, from June 11 to 14, 2019 in Cotonou (BENIN)

photo1Cotonou, the capital city of the Republic of Benin hosts for four days a regional workshop for the validation of the new TPPRR (French RCCM) forms and the harmonization of the lists of sectors of activity within OHADA zone. Members of OHADA-national Commissions, Presidents and chief clerks of the commercial courts from the seventeen member States of the Organization attend this important event. His Excellency Lawyer Sévérin QUENUM, Ministry of Justice and Legislation of the Republic of Benin chairs the opening ceremony in the presence of the Permanent Secretary of OHADA Professor Dorothé Cossi SOSSA and the represenatative of the World Bank Mr Magueye DIA.

photo2From June 11 to 14, 2019 the participants will discuss, validate the new TPPRR (French RCCM) forms and deal with the harmonization of the lists of sectors of activity within OHADA zone. This workshop is devoted to the updating of the TPPRR forms in order to take into account the new development of OHADA Law and to streamline the lists of sectors of activity to facilitate a shared enforcement in all the member States. This is naturally part of the project of modernization of the Trade and Personal Property Right Register and effectiveness of the new OHADA- TPPRR software. The view of this is to promote economic activities which are essential for economic growth and human development.

The Permanent Secretary of OHADA hereby thanks the Government of the Republic of Benin for having approved and permitted the organization of this event and the World Bank for its financial support without which this event could not hold.

    Dans le cadre du projet RCPI4 aux Comores, pour l'optimisation du RCCM, je souhaiterai avoir les formulaires validés au Benin en 2019.
