It is our great pleasure to inform you that on the occasion of her official visit in France, H.E. Ms. Ellen JOHNSON-SIRLEAF, President of LIBERIA, stated that she was strongly supportive of LIBERIA joining soon the OHADA common system of business laws. Ms. JOHNSON-SIRLEAF expressed this view in Paris on March 9, 2006, in the course of the official luncheon organized in her honour by HE, Mr. Michel ROUSSIN, Former Minister and President of the Africa Committee of MEDEF. The President of LIBERIA insisted that joining OHADA would help LIBERIA improve its economic environment and sustainable growth prospect, thanks to the enhanced business legal security and investors' confidence instantaneously brought about by OHADA membership.
