ERSUMA-OHADA: Launching of ERSUMA Training schedule for 2019

In line with its statutory mission of capacity building in OHADA Law and all other African Community Law, the Regional Higher School of the Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) is hereby disclosing its training schedule for 2019. Eighteen (18) training sessions and two (02) major scientific events are scheduled to be held in different countries, taking into account the geographical sphere of the Contracting States and the promotion of OHADA Law outside its territory.

In this schedule, the suggested training courses and events are set up chronologically according to their implementation date and will be the subject of a detailed description available on the OHADA official website (www.ohada.org).

This schedule does not take into account the training to be carried out in accordance with training partnership contracts signed by ERSUMA with professional associations and other public or private training structures.

Companies or organizations that have identified a training need may also call on ERSUMA's expertise for scientific, pedagogical and material preparation and the holding of the desired training sessions.
