ERSUMA activities in Côte d'Ivoire Republic for may 2018
The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) organises two trainings sessions in Côte d'Ivoire Republic from 07 to 09 May 2018 and from 14 to 18 May 2018 at the headquarters of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA).
A- TRAINING SESSION “SECURING OF DEBTS AND EFFECTIVNESS OF RECORVERY IN OHADA SPACE”
Trainers:
- Prof Robert NEMEDEU, Law Lecturer. University of Yaoundé 2 SOA.
- Mr. Mounetaga DIOUF, Super Scale Judge. Ph.D in private law. Executive Secretary of CNO of Senegal.
- Mr. François KOMOIN, Super Scale Judge. Ph.D in private law. President of Abidjan Commercial Court.
Target audience: Jurists and auditors of bank, financial structures, decentralized financial systems, investment funds, insurance jurists, bank jurists, corporate jurists, economic operators, judges, lawyers, clerks, bailiffs, notaries, legal representatives, managers, auctioneers, and anyone interested.

B- TRAINING FOR QUALIFICATIONS SESSION “MEDIATION PRACTICE IN OHADA SPACE”
Trainers:
- Maître Elvire VIGNON, Honorary Advocate. Arbitrator. Mediator.
- Maître Olivier CUPERLIER, Lawyer at the Paris Bar. Arbitrator. Mediator.
- Maître Marie-Pascal KOUASSI ADEH, Lawyer at Côte d'Ivoire Bar. Mediator.
Target audience: Mediators, adjudicators, managers of arbitration and mediation centres, judges, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, legal representatives, bank and corporate advisers, chartered accountants, managers, economic operators, researchers and anyone interested
- Dates: 14 to 18 May 2018 (05 days)
- Cost: 400.000 FCFA
C- REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Fill and send the registration form to ERSUMA;
- Pay the training fees amounting to 300.000 FCFA.
A 10% discount will be granted for at least three registrations for a company or organization
The Students and Postgraduates willing to attend the workshop will have a 40% discount on the cost of training after justifying their status (a scanned copy of student registration certificate in support to the application ).Applications shall be sent to the Director General of ERSUMA through the e-mail address ersuma@ohada.org
The training fees shall cover the equipment and teaching materials, the coffee breaks and lunch during the period of the training. Travel, accommodation and other restoration expenses shall be borne by the participant.
