Thesis defence on OHADA-SADC law / University of Macau
We have the pleasure to inform you that on February 25, 2011 Mrs. Natércia Ferreira António TIMOTEO passed her master defence with a thesis titled “SADC towards legal integration: OHADA law as instrument for legal harmonization of SADC Business Law”, supervised by Prof. Salvatore MANCUSO, Professor of Comparative Law at the University of Macau, Honorary Professor of African Law at Xiangtan University and UNIDA Representative in Asia.
