Presentation by the OHADAC Regional Arbitration Centre (CARO centre) to company beneficiaries of the “TEECA” programme (Trade Enhancement for Eastern Caribbean)

The team heading the OHADAC project was invited to give a presentation on 15 October 2021 about the services provided by the OHADAC Regional Arbitration Centre (CARO Centre) in the implementation of the TEECA programme by the Martinique Chamber of Commerce, project leader, and its partners the Collectivity of Martinique, the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and the Caribbean Export Development Agency.

CARO Centre listed on Team France Export platform

The CARO Centre team is happy to announce that the Centre is now listed on the Team France Export platform, which brings together “all the public solutions offered by the Regions, State services, Business France, Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Bpifrance to support French companies internationally”.

First and foremost the article highlights the work done by the Guadeloupe Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIIG), project leader of the CARO Centre project, and by the association ACP Legal, partner to the project, who developed the project which today benefits from the European Union development funds under the Interreg V Caribbean programme.

Sir Dennis BYRON appointed President of the OHADAC Regional Arbitration and mediation Centre

Le podcast enregistré avec l'OHADAC portait sur le rôle des institutions dans l'administration d'arbitrages. Ce sujet a été envisagé d'un point de vue général, en comparant l'arbitrage institutionnel et l'arbitrage ad hoc, et également dans la perspective de l'ouverture prochaine du Centre CARO.
