The Higher Regional School for Legal Officers (ERSUMA), in partnership with the Regional Mortgage Refinancing Fund of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (CRRH - WAEMU), is organising a bimodal training session from 24 to 26 June 2024. Bimodal training session on the theme: “Practice of ccja arbitration and ohada mediation” Abidjan, from April 15 to 19, 2024

The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA), in partnership with the Arbitration Centre of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), is organizing a bimodal training session from April 15 to 19, 2024. This session will be held simultaneously on-site at the CCJA headquarters in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) and by videoconference on the theme: “Practice of CCJA Arbitration and OHADA Mediation”. CCJA Arbitration practice will be discussed in the light of its new Rules of Procedure on Arbitration.

Bimodal training session on “Innovations under the new Uniform Act to organize simplified recovery procedures and measures of execution (AUPSRVE)”

The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) is organising its first training session for the year 2024 from 5 to 9 February 2024, in partnership National Judicial Training Centres of State Parties. This session will be held simultaneously on-site at the ERSUMA Headquarters in Porto-Novo (Benin) and by videoconference in the conference rooms of Judicial Training Centres.

ERSUMA: Drafting techniques of court decisions in the OHADA area: order, judgment, appeal decision and cassation decision

This training session will be simultaneously conducted in face-to-face learning at the ERSUMA headquarters in Porto-Novo (Benin), at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) of Cameroon in Yaounde, at the ENAM of the Central African Republic in Bangui and by videoconference, from the 20th to the 24th of February 2023, on the theme: “Drafting techniques of court decisions in the OHADA area: order, judgment, appeal decision and cassation decision”.
