Training sessions on Referral to the CCJA in contentious matters, from May 12 to 15, 2025 in Abidjan and by videoconference

The Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), in partnership with the Professional Training Centre for Ports and Business Digitalisation of the West and Central Africa Ports Management Association (CFP-AGPAOC) with the support of the OHADA National Commission of Côte d'Ivoire and the OHADA International Committee of Genius (CIGHO), is organising two (02) bimodal training sessions in Abidjan at the Headquarters of OHADA's Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) from 12 to 15 May 2025.

Phase une de la première édition de la Caravane OHADA, le 22 mars 2025 à Abidjan

Le Bureau Exécutif National de l'AUPROHADA a le plaisir d'annoncer le lancement d'une toute nouvelle initiative : La Caravane OHADA.
