Le Secrétaire Permanent poursuit ses actions diplomatiques sur le territoire camerounais

Le Pr Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Secrétaire Permanent de l'OHADA, a reçu en audience S.E.M. Sylvain RIQUIER, Ambassadeur de France au Cameroun, le 19 janvier 2026 à Yaoundé. Les deux personnalités ont échangé sur divers sujets d'intérêt commun en vue du renforcement du rôle de l'OHADA dans l'amélioration continue du climat des affaires et l'accompagnement des efforts de développement de ses États membres.

International Congress on the Business Climate in Africa: Kinshasa to Host Inaugural Edition in 2026

Under the High Patronage of His Excellency Félix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO, President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the city of Kinshasa will host the inaugural International Congress on the Business Climate in Africa (CICAAf) in the third quarter of 2026, under the theme: “Rethinking the Business Climate in Africa for Sustainable and Responsible Investment”.
