Le créancier des frais d'hébergement, de restauration, de blanchisserie et de rafraîchissement peut légitimement poursuivre en paiement le débiteur par la procédure d'injonction de payer. La production des factures justifiant les caractères certain, liquide et exigible de sa créance est de nature à emporter la conviction du juge qui doit alors déclarer non fondée l'opposition formée par le débiteur.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
