The Dominican Republic Section of the French Foreign Trade Advisors (CCEF) organizes November 11th and 12th in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, a Great Caribbean symposium involving both the CCEF and the French authorities (economic services, embassies ...) from the region and neighboring countries (Central and Southern Americas, Florida). As part of the plenary meeting of November 12th about Caribbean integration, Dr. Eve-Lyne Martin Brière, from ACP Legal Guadeloupe, Attorney at Law, expert in Corporate Law, member of the Guadeloupe Bar, former Legal Counsel, member and expert at the Center for Preventing Corporate Issues, French Foreign Trade Advisor, will introduce the latest OHADAC news around a Caribbean Arbitration Law under construction and the constitution of a large Caribbean business Law online database.
