On 27 November 2025, in N'Djamena (Chad), ERSUMA took part in the International Conference on “Justice and Economic Development”, organised by the Judicial Professions Training School (EFPJ) and the National Council of Chadian Employers.

On this occasion, the Director General delivered a presentation on the impact of OHADA law on the business climate and economic development.

On the sidelines of the event, ERSUMA signed a partnership agreement with Chad's EFPJ aimed at strengthening cooperation in training, research, and the promotion of OHADA law.

Through this initiative, ERSUMA reaffirms its commitment to developing legal capacities and enhancing the security of the business environment in Africa.
