On 17 October 2025, the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) celebrates the 32nd anniversary of the signing of its founding Treaty in Port Louis, Mauritius. To mark this milestone, the Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) — OHADA's Regional Training, Capacity-Building and Research Institute — hosts an Open Day at its headquarters in Porto-Novo, Benin, to showcase the wide range of services it offers to the public.

The Open Day is coupled with the graduation ceremony of the first cohort of recipients of the Specialized Diplomas in Corporate Governance and Enforcement Procedures, as well as the Certificate in Arbitration.

This triple celebration, which brings together a large audience both in person and online, takes place in the presence of Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA and Chairperson of ERSUMA's Board of Directors. Also attending are the President of the National Assembly of Benin and the Chief of Staff representing the Minister of Justice and Legislation of Benin.
