As part of its statutory training and capacity building missions, the Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) announces the official launch of the academic year 2025-2026 for the second batch of its certification and diploma programmes in OHADA law. This solemn re-opening will be held on Monday 15 September 2025 at 6:00 p.m. GMT, at ERSUMA Headquarters in Porto-Novo, with simultaneous participation via videoconference.

Courses offered:

• Specialisation Diploma in Procedures with focus on Enforcement Procedures (DSPO)
  A practice-oriented Master's-level diploma designed to equip specialists in OHADA business law with expertise in enforcement procedures and the legal security of economic transactions.
• Specialisation Diploma in Corporate Governance with focus on Business administration (DSGE-AE)
  A professional Master's-level programme focusing on strategic and legal management, corporate governance, and compliance within organisations and enterprises.
• Certificate in OHADA Arbitration (CAO)
  Specialised, practice-oriented training devoted to arbitration under OHADA law.
• Certificate in OHADA Mediation (CMO)
  Complementary professional training for professionals involved in amicable dispute resolution.

ERSUMA hereby invites company executives, magistrates, registrars, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, enforcement officers, as well as other legal and accounting professionals, to take part in this programme of excellence, designed to foster legal integration and promote economic development within the OHADA area.
