The President-in-Office of OHADA's Council of Ministers Visits Key Institutions

As part of the Republic of Chad's current mandate at the helm of OHADA, His Excellency Youssouf TOM, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals and Minister in charge of Human Rights, undertook an official visit to OHADA institutions in Abidjan on 8 and 9 July 2025, in his capacity as President-in-Office of the Council of Ministers.
During this mission, H.E. Youssouf TOM visited the headquarters of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) and the new facilities of the OHADA Arbitration Centre. He met with staff and expressed satisfaction with the progress made in the development of the Arbitration Centre's new premises.
The President-in-Office and his delegation were received in audience by His Excellency Léon KACOU Adom, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and the Diaspora of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, and by His Excellency Sansan KAMBILÉ, Keeper of the Seals and Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Côte d'Ivoire.
The tour will continue with visits to the Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) and the Permanent Secretariat, further reinforcing institutional cooperation under Chad's leadership of OHADA.
