    Dear Laura,

I wish to seize this opportunity to commend the organisers of this forum for the formidable idea and to introduce a document which I think could be of great use to participants who might be interested in Cameroon. The publication, which is in English, is titled: "Doing Business in Cameroon - The Fiscal and Investment Gude". It is 10-volume, 800-page guide covering all aspects of Cameroon taxation as well as the investment opportunities that Cameroon has to offer to investors. It has been described as the the "Cameroon investors' bible" and is indeed a valuable tool for investors in Cameroon. A brochure about the guide has been attached to your mail for the benefit of your seminar participants. It carries the contacts of the publisher and the author.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Michael Geh, J.D.
