The OHADAC team is delighted to announce that the CARO Centre is now fully operational.
The website of the CARO Centre is online and can be consulted at the following address: www.carohadac.org.
The services offered by the Centre are diverse and flexible.
They are designed to support their users at every step of their projects, to anticipate, overcome or rule on disputes.

In light of the sanitary situation in Guadeloupe, the inauguration of the office of the CARO Centre has been postponed and is now planned for 23 November 2021.

Une initiative très louable. Ce qui traduirai une avancée significative du monde des affaires en Afrique et ailleurs. Car le cercle des affaires nécessite le plus souvent la rapidité et la confidentialité. En effet, ces deux dernières sont les principaux modes opératoires de la médiation et de l'arbitrage. D'où l'importance capitale de la création de ce centre et la mise en œuvre de ses activités.
Par la même occasion, je félicite l'ensemble des personnes et des partenaires qui ont concouru à la mise en place de ce CARO (Centre d'Arbitrage Régional OHADAC).
